Air Assisted Airless Painting Systems

OPERATING PRINCIPLE

Atomization is caused by release of high pressure  fluid that impinges through a small orifice. Airless Atomization is  assisted by air atomization (air-assisted-airless) to provide a finer  finish and break up the tailing effect at the edge of the spray pattern.  Most widely used by painting contractors, structural metal finishers,  and heavy equipment manufacturers.

  • Ergonomy, cost-saving and finishing results are the keywords of this new pump generation. With more models and configurations to choose from, you get the precise pressure and output you need for all of your finishing applications.
  • Monitor and protect your pump with fully integrated local monitoring system! Easy-to-set runaway protection, where you set the cycle rate limit. Pump diagnostics help advise when to maintain the pump. Resettable batch counter tracks material usage and maintenance schedule.
  • Pump Lower: Easy-to-flush design allows fast colour changes and reduced solvent usage.  300 series stainless steel pump construction provides long-lasting durability. Designed for improved serviceability with fewer parts and lower cost of ownership
  • The correct flows at the right pressures to fit all your spraying needs. With 4 air motor sizes and 13 different models to choose from, Merkur fine finish packages are designed to improve productivity, reduce costs, lower emissions and provide consistent, high quality finishes for all of your demanding applications.
Combines the hydraulic atomization of airless with the atomization of air spray. Ideal for many finishing and coating applications, air assist offers high production levels and a relatively smooth finish -perfect for wood furniture topcoats or fabricated metal parts.
