The new design of the FPro P WBE Manual Airspray Gun has been made to spray very abrasive products (porcelain & ceramics), keeping the high spray performances of the original FPro versions while reducing maintenance costs: the heat-treated nozzle lasts longer, the special needle design, featuring a polyurethane (PU) needle tip creates a soft contact on the nozzle reducing wear. This 2 part needle concept allows the replacement of needle tip only and not the complete needle assembly.
The PATENTED pending innovative restrictor controls and pre-atomizes the paint into smaller droplets. It also slows down the paint speed and leaves time for the aircap to atomize the paint at the perfect droplet size: reducing the paint bouncing off the part and increasing transfer efficiency.
The FPro WBE Manual Airspray Gun can be fed by our range of diaphragm pumps, low pressure piston pumps, or our new range of Airspray tanks.
